I was driving to Florida over my son’s 2009 Spring Break, and I stopped in a Tennessee gas station to let my son used the restroom. While he was going, I decided to take a little walk. As I left the station, I noticed my nose was a little irritated and my eyes were watering. Thinking it was just pollutants from the station, I kept walking.
As I continued, the symptoms started to get worse and I began to develop a terrible sinus head-ace. I started back towards the station but I doubled over. I was having trouble breathing! Luckily my son saw me and he ran towards my with his inhaler. I do not think that I would have died, but it was horrible.
I later learned that it was pollen season and I inhaled too much. I was lucky that I did not need to get medical help, for I did not know any doctors in the area. I now carry an inhaler with me at all times. I try to avoid places like grassy fields and flowery gardens, to avoid another episode like that one.
I also try to raise my lung capacity by running and doing other aerobic workouts. I have not had this problem since.
The solution to allergic reactions like this is very simple and within your reach. See how a Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner can bring balance to your life and rid you of bothersome unnecessary conditions.
